Congratulations to Ellerson Property’s planning team.
Following government gazettal, their planning proposal for rezoning a site in Croydon Park has been approved by the NSW Department of Planning.
Updated development status for the Brighton Street site in June 2021, changes the zoning from IN2 light industrial to R4 high-density residential.
The planning and design team will now turn their energies to the DA process to create a family-friendly residential development in this charming inner West locale which was named by the Father of Federation, Henry Parkes.
